We want you to love your lenses. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-day window

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned unless they are defective.
